Comment about "Rain Man" movie

This movie is about a carefree guy (Charles Babbitt) who is glad because of his father's death and he hopes he inherits his fortune. However, he receives only a classic Buick Roadmaster convertible and several rose bushes, and the beneficiary is his brother Raymond, an intelligent autistic. Charles is disconcerted by Ray's behaviors, but he will learn to know him and to love him.
Is it possible to have a relationship with an autistic person? May be... Well, I don't really know. In my case, I would be too frightened if had to live with an autistic person. I wouldn't know how to face that situation. Perhaps sounds stupid, but what would you do? Autistic persons are special, we don't exactly what are they thinking. As we saw in the movie, it's hard to live with them, but not impossible. However they need specific assistence. They need someone who takes care of them in a special institute. Yes, I'm cruel! But I prefer they stay in a psychiatric hospital, instead of dealing with that kind of painful situation...
Well, I admit that they have the same rights as we have, they have the same value as we have, and they need love of their families but I insist they requiere a special treatment. Finally, I'm fascinated with the wonderful performance of Dustin Hoffman, it was excellent!

Comment about Steve Jobs' speech

Honestly, it was brilliant... and it made me feel better, because in these moments I'm living a sad situation u_u Well, I will continue with the comment. He related 3 important points: 1. Conecting dots, 2. Love and loss, and 3. Death. For me, I did like the second point. He said we have to do what we really love to do and we never give up. Sometimes I fed up with my major, but I love it! So, everyday I try to give the best of me so that my dreams come true. In fact, I have a uncle who I really admire. Let me relate his story. He is the oldest brother of my father. When they and their other brothers were children, they were too poor. He got married very early and he was still a penniless man. He started to work as delivery man of Bimbo bread and he earned a little bit money, but he never gave up and he started working harder and harder, and finally he got the best job of his life: He turned into the General Manager of Bimbo's Factory in Puebla. And nowadays he is the managing director of Barcel. When he was young, he never went to collage, but now he is studying his major. Imagine! I want to be like him!, I have a strong desire to better myself. Finally, despite our failures, our bad moments we don't lose faith and we've got to find what we really love so that we keep going. Remember Steve Jobs said: "Keep looking, don't settle"... CiAo!

Comment about elephant hunting

Hi again!

Well... As I said in my podcast, the illegal wildlife trade is exceeded only by drugs and arms trafficking, and one of the best selling animal products is ivory. The asian elephant is one of my favorite animals and for me it's too painful to know the situacion of those poor elephants and rhinos. They just come to the world to live peaceably with the nature and with us. Unfortunately, many people don't respect the animal life. They are able to kill any living creatures by their self-interest. The illegal wildlife trade is a cruel and foolish act because every day we are devastating the huge biodiversity of the world, and we are causing an ecological imbalance in the planet. This trade is becoming a serious problem that we must stop it. So, we have to save animals worldwide!
